a site that loads text from external txt files, would be technically dynamic. You'd use "dynamic" text fields after all. But I think most developers would laugh at that concept of dynamic. I'm not a programmer, but the technologies that seem to work better with flash so far, are XML and php among others. Of course, you better wait till a programmer gets on the thread. I just make the pretty pictures.
