    It's a different design scenario than most studios, but if you know who Ben Schneiderman is and why he's relevant, think Tufte's work is epic, admire the modularity of grid systemes and they're application to dynamic content, and are interested in translating data into understanding al la Saul Wurman, it's a good wide open environment to explore and learn.

    The team is definitely heavy on the technology and implementation side, delivering photoshop comps and walking away from them is not something that we are interested in, we try and get people who can use both sides of they're brain and are interested in creating elegant design executed with cleverness.

    But you know, I've been here for five years after leaving agency.com during the heyday so I may be biased (and we still get massages and a stocked kitchen.)

    But you're right definitely not for everyone.
