Agree with what the others said about the photo does need more contrast. Try and make the plate a little white and this should bring up some other colours.
Also the Positioning of the logo is really off. The lines should be a secondary graphic element after the logo, but your letting them take control of it's [the logo's] position.
Otherwise the goings good :)
