everyone is so pro iframes.. which is cool for sites like this. most dont mind using IE to view the site.
but i hope you have some kinda browser sniffer.. because there are still a lot of poeple who use netscape. since this is for a non design type company, you cant expect the visitors to this site to go and download or install anything. looks like their clients are law offices and the like. have you ever spent time in a law office? many of those guys dont know the difference between IE and NS and they need help getting to their email.
i dont see why you couldnt use frames to achieve the same look at have it cross browser to reach a larger crowd. it should be very easy.
