i'm just fine in the savings dept. as well. plenty of cushion while i find a job, and enough for a healthy downpayment on a home. so i won't have to worry about affording food. i just want a sweet place, not too expensive, in a cool area, while i test the waters and look for a job.
it looks like most of the jobs i've seen in the area are either in the city, or in the peninsula, or in the valley by san jose. so i figure a peninsula place or a south city place would be ideal for a two month deal.
and hupp, any advice you have would be welcome.
