toulouz, you feeling hungry is because of the nicotine. or actually due to a lack of nicotine. it causes the exact same feeling as hunger (said that before, see blaw's link). you need to filter that from the real hunger feeling. trick is, eat regular, morning, lunch and diner. hunger feeling in between = the nicotine monster. so don't snack in between. if you really have to snack light no-fat stuff. you're gonna gain more weight if you continue like this (or compensate it by doing lots of sport).
