    what point said.

    make goals for yourself.

    bad goal: lose weight and get bigger.
    good goal: by april 22nd i will lose 10lbs of fat, 1 inch from my waistline and gain 30lbs on my bench press.

    or whatever. detailed goals will work better than the general ones. also set nutrition goals.

    good goal: i will eat 6 healthy meals a day that include 2 protein shakes and sunday i will have 2 small cheat meals, 1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon.
