I've solved the problem. There was a problem while modeling in Rhinoceros. Iused a patch from 3 curves. And probably 3dsmax doesn't recognize it as an object and wont assign the material to it. That's why it didn't work out with the materials.
The meshes are viewable in 3dmax. Shouldn't i use patch or what should i?
