    How'd you bullshit your way into this project considering it appears you no nothing about 3D?!?!

    Actually, I'm just messing around. For a rule of thumb, the diffuse color is generally the color of the object whereas the ambient color is the color of it when no light reflects off of it). Lambert has no specularity, but like stated, a Phong with the specularity turned all the way down turns into a Lambert.
