It seems to me that its just a DNS error and you need to talk to your host about it
both of
clear-interactive.com
and
mail.clear-interactive.com
point to 69.65.20.228and if you got directly to
http://69.65.20.228
you will get the same site as if you goto http://mail.clear-interactive.co… This to me would suggest that this guy didn't hijack you but is the default site for that server.so it is very likely that whoever is in charge of the DNS on your host side removed your MX record information, and that it is rolling over to the default site for that server.
