can you somehow incorporate the headers without relying on the black bands? I'm not sure the typography is working as well as it could - ie; the way the main header is lower case and the sub head and bulletpoints are upper.. I think if you can get rid of the top black bar and work that header better, ie; make the copy bigger but have it to the left of the starfish split over say 4 lines or whatever.. and then make the 'for indepe...' smaller and lose the black bar.. maybe just have it in black on the orange, and I probably wouldn't have the list in caps.
