    As I'm currently on the phone, cancelling my adsl connection, I thought I'd offer this bit of advice:

    DO NOT USE UK ONLINE.

    They are shit.

    - they lie.
    - they have COMPLETELY INCOMPETANT customer support.

    Actually, my imagined long list of grievances only boils down to those two. But boy do they.

    one more, for good measure:

    - they're making me violent...'incandescent with rage' as our favourite royal might say.
