+ Culture Epicenter of the GD world
+ Gazillions of clients
+ many of which have money
+ Museums, Theatre, Parks, and beautiful niche communities
+ at 4am the city is still partying
+ hundreds of imported beers
+ great job opps- bombings
- armed services in the subways with machine guns
- expensive
- lots of competition (is that a +?)
- pollution
