  On the plus side:
  + Warmest summers in the country
  + Right by the sea
  + Reasonable prices
  + Close to london if that's your thing
  + Great culture in brighton
  + Lots of houses near town centre

  On the minus:
  - Town centre a sea of idiots at night
  - Sea = rusty cars
  - Awful winters
