    The thing to remember is, legally layout, concept, etc...can't be stolen because it can't be owned.

    Think about it logically and historically, the invention and usage of the Grid in design. If a person was able to own a layout techique then none of us could legally use the Grid. How would that effect design?

    This is why everyone needs to read international copyright law. There are forms of design and creativity that CAN NOT be owned or copyrighted.

    Things like concepts, ideas, calendar data, etc...

    It's all in the law, in black and white.

    Now, if you look at the source and discover it is your exact code...ie. comments, references, etc., that match yours then you could probably say something. I would.
