let me rephrase...
if you are really serious about investing some time into it then perhaps something like purevolume for blind musicians. http://www.purevolume.com
of course not as huge as purevolume because that would be like a full time job.
you could help upload their music for them, and once a month maybe even update the featured artiste section with a short interview and such.
