  Click > Print
  Click > Setup: Acrobat Distiller
  (Set the paper size up, res etc...)
  Click > Printer
  Click > Destination: select 'File'

  save to desktop

  OK that

  Click > Print
  Drag file to distiller

  Distill and you have a pdf
