i recommend using 1300hv direct type photo emulsion (made by murakami screens)
i just expose it in ambient sunlight for about 17 mins in 'normal' weather.. works everytime.. but that's in sunny singapore..
diluting the foto emulsion with a very slight bit of water makes a whole load of difference to 'spreadability'.. experiment with this and it'll be easier than spreading butter on toast. ok not quite
about inks for fabric, i need to find out more about this myself..
anyone know what inks to use for vinyl stickers???here's a trick for screening tees.. put more than enough ink (always) then swipe hard and fast once only .. the angle of the 'squeegee' is important. get it pretty flat on the screen as you run across it..
i prolly haven't answered everything but i'm tired and i want to go to bed... more laters...
