Bush wants to ammend relationships with the world but won't join Kyoto (140 other countries ratified and us is 35% of emissions)
Bush is quick to point out other country's human rights abuses, but removed US from prosecution by the ICRC specifically so Americans couldn't be prosecuted for doing so.
Bush apparently wants peace but is bombing to get it.
Much of the rest of the world has some sense of global community - to be American and support Bush is one thing - to look at any other country and wonder why they don't like him is obvious.
