take it easy on yourself man. it's really hard to get back on the horse when you've been in a steady relationship for a while. just drink enough to have balls but not a nimrod and see what happens. try and have a good time rather than be on the hunt also as chicks can see the desperate glint in your eye (experience talking here). get out and enjoy the freedom and someone will spot you.
maybe you need to address your own sexuality first?
