Well, you could get some petty cash from your company or whatever and get yourself an ECM-MS907 series microphone from SONY, only around $80 US bucks and then connect it to either a Mini-Disc player or if must a tape recorder of some kind as long as you can upload that content to your computer somehow. As for converting it, you will have take some Audio Editor such as Sound Forge 6.0 or Wavelab and then convert it to that format, you shouldn't lose too much quality, all in all not that easy.
