this is kind of a hack, but it works...
in v10 (don't have CS), if you open the links pallete (make sure show all is selected in the pallete options) it will show you a list of all the bitmaps in the file. if you double click one, it will tell you what percentage it is scaled. you can then use this info to scale up your image to the proper size and then copy/paste into photoshop.
so, if it reports the image is scaled to (25%,25%), then scale it to 400% to return to its original dimensions.
