they have this rating system, so the more problems you have the points you get...I don't think they're supposed to tell you about the points, but a tech slipped up when I brought it in once.
I'll have had it a year on March 11th...I'm buying my applecare tomorrow...so those bastards are going to have to deal with this laptop for another two years. I think I'll really start screaming about it when the G5's come out...that way hopefully they'll just give me one of those.
