Here you go..
The structure is ok. Could be better but is still ok.
I don't like the colors. It looks really bland and boring. I would choose something a bit stronger to make up for the lack of content.
The landing page doesn't look like a home page. It looks more like you landed within the site. I would make the landing page more about options then information off the bat.
The logo is lost in the header. It already looks a bit boring so I would leave it on it's own.
The navigation is to lite. Bolder font and darker colors.
I don't like the font being used. It makes it harder to read with the color you use.
The box on the right had side looks out of place. It looks as if you grabed it from another site and just dropped it in.
Your other work is so much better. Looks like the client won this batter.
I think the major problem is the look. The structure works. The look is lacking.
