2 comments i would use a differnt pixel font on the left
And there needs to be some type of header with in the first part of the main text right now it seems like all the body text is floating with no anchor at the top.
So right above Fireland Managent Bold text I would Maybe put like a Larger "Quote" in quotes to start it off ... like a 14-16 size font in Times New Roman Quote marks
