Layout, structure, style and design are all spot on.
I'm having trouble reading the type, especially the navigation. It needs to be bolder. Also, are there supposed to be rollovers on the buttoms when on that page, ie home button appears on the home page.
The logo seems a little lost on some of the page headers, same with the company name...break them out of the image area?
Lastly, the contact info, right side, again seems too small.
Other than that good job.
