CSS is okay if you're just doing crappy old weblogs... cliets could care less if yo've split your design from content, as it is just not reliable. If you know what you're doing with tables you can integrate your code really easily...
CSS is flaky as hell, and alothgh it isa standard, that is obviuosly bollocks if you have to hack it... a client isn't going to tell you to go to hell if you tell em it is standards compliant, but OH. it only works on Firefox.
