Plashal,
It seems you signed up for (mt) Media Temple services for the wrong reason. It seems you purchased the service for the "buzz" rather than suiting your specific needs. You mention services including a reseller account and ability to"stock" your own hard drives, neither of which (mt) Media Temple offers. It's VERY important to call sales before you purchase a service, especially if it's a key component to the success of your business.
