cool thread, i thought i was nuts when i had my idea.
I'd find a freshly built condominium/apartment block, untouched, unpainted from the exterior. Then I'd get a helicopter carrying a large tarpaulin (like they use when putting out bush fires)
and fill the tarpaulin with paint, any colour, and drop it right in the centre of the apartment blocks and just have paint splatter and randomly paint the buildings. I'd repeat this process a few times.
