Having just done this yesterday (mumblemumblefuckingcomputers) I second what Clear says.
Just ensure that you make a note of the CURRENT bios set up (access by hitting Delete on boot-up) before you make any changes. Then just change the order of the Boot Sequence - ie
1. CD-Rom
2. Floppy
3. IDEx
