i used Promove too a few years ago and they were great. doesn't cost you anything as they get commisions from the apartment that you move into.
Ga.Tech area is good. Don't live near the airport though. Decatur, Emory are good areas. East Point is still up and coming but not sure it is a safe area quite yet.
