now i just got to get my act together and get my site done so i can find a job.

Good luck down there. I've never been to Atlanta other than a grabbing some food on my way to FL. My wifey is flying there tomorrow for a business meeting.
However I have been to Kalamazoo many times when I was living in Holland MI.

what animals are in kalamazoo?
- k0na_an0k0
when you get to atlanta, go the the hardrock. standing in front of it to the left you'll see some steps.
i puked on those. can you see if it's still there? it was like 8 years ago but it was a ton of puke.

I'm not positive but I think they have squirrels. I'll have to check on that though.

dude there are sooo many squirrels in western MI it's crazy. When I first moved there I freaked as a little kid. I thought they were wild kittens.

I thought so.

Why in the world would you leave Kalamazoo??
Do you know my friend Doug Hadaway? his family owns Hadaway & Sons window cleaning.
I go to Atlanta a lot now but only just as i am flying there to drive down to Columbus, GA to see my girl.
ATL is cool, but i hear they don't like the term Hotlanta... but very appropriate name...
You should definitely attend Freaknik (sp?)....

yeah there are lots of squirrels and college kids, when Western Michigan University is out for the summer Half the city is gone, it is so dead and there isnt much to do.
The best thing is My Wif will be working for a Airline so we get to fly where ever we want for FREE,
California, Denmark (back to Michigan to visit the folks)I am so thrilled, i just want to pack up sell what wont fit in our vehicles and move.

slinky, freaknik's no longer around... thank god.

YAY!
the summers are not too hot
the trees around here can be hostile though. only thing to really worry about.

I think i can live with the heat, It is much better then these crappy winters that seem to be longer and longer

Welcome to the South. It's God's country here.

Atlanta can be nice. I hate the burbs of ATL, but the city itself rocks.
Take a trip to the coast. Savannah is 4 hours and worth the drive.

I don't think the summers here are that hot at all... the last real hot summer I remember was when I first moved here 5 years ago. It got up to 103.

I rather like it here. I wish our winters were a bit more "wintery" though. Schizophrenic weather over all. Be sure to spend plenty of time in the N. GA. "mountains".
