industry, if possible try to find someplace north of the airport. it's much nicer. my 2 br in midtown was $1200/ month with no backyard. if you look around ga tech there are always houses for rent, and they aren't that expensive. plus, you're close to everything. airport's about 20min. away provided the freeway's aren't jammed.
