ok....
Forest Park isn't the most desirable place to live. And not knocking it , just due to the ghetto factor. Very ghetto. Had a freind live there for one month then he was out. Not very safe. there are up and coming areas but it will be at least aother 5 years before that area is built out.
700 for a 2 bedroom might be hard to find intown, but it can be done. The surrounding areas might be your best bet.
