Illo reps? I'm signed with two. One a good experience, the other not so much.
The general rule is that if you're in the earlier part of your career, promote yourself and learn the ropes.
I ignored it, of course. But now see the worth of doing it yourself.
Just scrutinize any contracts sent your way!
