  Ya, I am thinking I will be leaving the agency life down the road, or atleast starting my own buisness down the road. Being your own boss will be a good start I think, no matter what field.

  I love design, but man, even the best agencies out there.. including mine,, still come with their share of stress and no overtime for .. overtime work.
  Thiings are going well though at the current job, but I do know in a few or more years,,, things are going to have to be a bit diff.

  Man.. if there was a law about overtime pay.. I think us designers would be millionaires
