    Nazi Swastika and KKK are not considered to religion and any hate group is deemed illegal.

    they go around this by practicing modified chiristianity or any other religion for their purpose to aviod the illgeal group status.

    another way they get around is setting them selves as a private club, where they can do anything they want.
