    Take a screenshot of his desktop workspace. The take in Photoshop, flip the image backwards and replace in his desktop picture. I did this to a co-worker years ago and he FLIPPED out wondering why the hell everything on his desktip was a mirror image...but when he tried to grab the backwards folders on the left, it was his desktop. HA! Then you can always change his startup page for internet browsing to gay porn, or something unacceptable for the workplace.
