My mate used to make a decent bit of extra pocket money selling us lot his inhalers.
Do a big bucket, have a couple of blasts on the inhaler - no more purple faced, dribbling down your front, lungs on the floor coughing fit.
Everyones a winner. Docter did get a bit sus though.
