Well, here's an idea. We have a text file on a server somewhere. Each participant has access to it through ftp. They all go in turns designated by a moderator. Each person puts a word down. When a person finishes a sentence, they have to depict the sentence with an original graphic, no downloaded stuff a la "Randomize me". When a person finishes a passage or paragraph, they create a storyboard or animation. (not everyone likes to animate).
