Geez.. Forcing people to rent their own property?
I'm afraid the main effect of this new tax is gonna be that people will register flats to their relatives, so each has only one ;)
Building new flats will help a little. I hope these are private, not govt's?
Just take a look at Ireland, flats just as expensive (or a bit more) as in BCN, but people make at least twice as much money. How did they do that? :)
