Most here in Philly consider Comcast the devil. I am not sure how it is around the office where you work-
but their exaggerated prices
city wide monopoly on Cable (ever try to watch TV in Philly without Comcast? And what are your options? Unless you live in the city- Comcast or fuck you)
Poor customer service
(I once threatened to switch to Satellite due to Comcast costs- the person on the phone said, "Good luck with that.")--
The whole operation seems way more corporate than creative- someday Comcast will simply BUY Philly- Comcastadelphia-
Of course I know nothing of the position and the inside view but that is how they appear on the outside...
