how will you use it?
it's already big for internet use (and I am assuming by the title that's what is primary intention is) and I can't read or make out some of the elements.
If you wanted to use it big on a splash page it works, but on a website in a header it's going to be too big, or if you want to put a small icon link to yourself on a site you've done (in the footer or something) or somewhere else where it has to be small, then it's not going to work at all...
the logo itself is well done, I say #4
