  Gents, no offense, your data is a little off, I lived in Southern Africa for nearly 4 years. 95% in a rural setting. That story about virgin babies and kids being forced into intercourse is total BS. Check 'Urban Legends' African style.
  You hear it all over among other BS techniques for curing the HIV.

  Bottomline, no organization is going to come in and tell a group of people to where condoms and then them do it. Not going to happen, especially in a rural community or shanty town.
