    I keep up my resistance to any virus by eating well, sleeping well and working out. Maybe it's just me but a positive mental attitude leads to a healthy body. My only true vice is alcohol. I dion't even take in too many sugars that exists in carb-rich breads and what not. Stay fit and lean and muscle toned and you'l do well for yourself. Of course, that takes a lot of initiative and motivation and over time it pays off. Genetics may have a thing or two to say as well.
