Thanks for everyone's replies, I really appreciate seeing what some of you do. People around my office are getting something, there's 8" of snow on the ground and I'm really trying to avoid colds and sinus problems this winter.
Usually a few days before my band plays a show I get terribly paranoid that I'm getting something and my ears will be blocked up, leaving me singing like a frog!
