    Scottizzle, you may have already heard at school or whatever about the massive amount of historical evidence behind the Bible and that it's more trustworthy than any other writing in most history, or even that any given historian would be stupid to not agree that Jesus lived and died on a cross.

    you may also know that the first recorded celebration of Christ's birth was in around 370AD which yes was a Roman festival but was taken over/coopted by Christians to celebrate Jesus.

    sure you can't replicate it in a laboratory but that's science proof not historical proof.

    but then truth is not based on what people believe. in fact truth is truth even if noone believes it and an untruth is still untruth even if everyone believes it.

    I'm not quite sure what my point is.....
