any band that helped propagate the chuck taylor and intentional bed-head movement. (ie. the strokes)

hoobastankalso any teenage 'punk' or 'emo' radio-friendly band.
any band that's reunited with members over the age of 50 - unless they are hair metal which is dismissed for it's novelty effect.
