First, make sure your PS file is in CMYK image mode (I know that's simple, but I forget to do that so often).
Then go here:

BUT... under Black Point Settings, instead of setting black to B=5, set the CMYK values to 100, 100, 100 and 100.
And remember, if you plan on having this printed by an offset printer, make sure the stock you're printing on can take that much ink.
