Maybe you could give them a good piece of advice instead of money.
"here's a tip, why not train to do a job you enjoy and get paid properly for you fithy LEECH!"
And in case they are training to do something else later in life and are using waiting as a means to funding it.
"Give up now you worhtless urinal cake smelling loser you'll amount to nothing i tell you, NOTHING!"
Both would better shouted out whist reeking of booze at 3 in the afternoon.
